Gimbal Motion Co. provides run-and-gun action and sports videography services, including gimbal-stabilized handheld coverage, drone follow shots, event coverage, and video editing, based in Miami, Florida. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon per project via written quote or booking confirmation.

Clients agree to provide accurate location, timing, and subject information, and to ensure our crew has safe, lawful access to any shoot location. Clients are responsible for any permits required for their event or venue unless permit acquisition is included in the project scope.

6. Limitation of Liability

Gimbal Motion Co.'s total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or missed sponsorship opportunities, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for footage loss due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (equipment theft, extreme weather, third-party platform outages).

7. Assumption of Risk

Action and sports videography may involve filming in dynamic, fast-moving, or physically demanding environments. Clients and any participants acknowledge the inherent risks of such activities and agree that Gimbal Motion Co. is not liable for injuries to athletes, participants, or bystanders during a shoot, except where caused by our crew's gross negligence.

8. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

9. Dispute Resolution

Before pursuing formal legal action, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting the other party in writing. If a resolution is not reached within 30 days, either party may pursue remedies available under Florida law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our Site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
